We are not an emergency service. Our kits are designed to be bought and kept at home as first aid treatment, and our consultations are by appointment only.

We have partnered with Veteris to provide you with 24/7 follow-up care. Please phone them for an appointment or free-of-charge advice. If needed, your dog can be treated at one of their four hospitals or at your home (within the M25).
